# EcoKure Terminal for Windows

EcoKure Terminal is a portable Windows console with a familiar `ECO>` prompt.
It includes useful EcoKure commands and passes ordinary commands to Windows
`cmd.exe`, so `git`, `python`, `powershell`, `docker`, `npm`, `curl`, `code`,
`copy`, `move`, `del` and other installed tools work from the same prompt.

## Install the desktop shortcut

1. Extract the ZIP to a folder you own.
2. Right-click `Install-EcoKure-Terminal.ps1` and choose **Run with PowerShell**.
3. Open **EcoKure Terminal** from the desktop or Start menu.

The installer writes only to your user profile (`%LOCALAPPDATA%` and your
desktop/Start menu). It does not require administrator access, install a
service, modify the registry, or run a background updater.

## Commands

Start with `help`, then try `status`, `pwd`, `dir`, `cd ..`, `git --version`,
`where python`, `hash README.md`, or `github clone OWNER/REPO`.

`account login` opens JARVI3 sign-in in your browser. `credits` reads your
current JARVI3 plan and purchased JV3 balance; `account logout` revokes that
read-only account session. It expires after one hour and stays in memory.
`checks` opens the website, where you review the input and price before spending.
Local Terminal commands remain free.

`connect YOUR_RUNTIME_URL` and `login` use a read-scoped EcoKure runtime token in
memory only. The token is forgotten by `logout`, a new runtime connection, or
closing the console.

## Important boundary

This is a real local command shell, not a sandbox. Native commands inherit the
Windows account's filesystem, network, credential and child-process authority.
Do not treat it as OS-enforced containment or as an enterprise security
certification. The preview is not Authenticode signed; verify the ZIP SHA-256
against `release.json` before extracting and follow your organisation's
software approval policy.

## Uninstall

Run `Uninstall-EcoKure-Terminal.ps1` from the extracted package, or delete the
user-profile install directory after closing ECO.exe.
