How a pilot runs

Five stages.
Each one earns the next.

    Discover

    Pick one meaningful workflow. Map its risks, the existing architecture and an action boundary that suits evaluation.

    You get A one-page scope: the workflow, the action boundary, and acceptance criteria you agree with us.

  2. 02
    Observe

    Run bounded tests on representative data, preferably synthetic or sanitised. Measure how EcoKure classifies actions, handles uncertainty and keeps decision evidence. Nothing is blocked yet.

    You get A decision log from shadow mode, showing what EcoKure would have allowed, denied or escalated.

  3. 03
    Enforce

    Where integration and security review allow, selected actions must pass through EcoKure first. Show valid actions permitted, invalid ones denied, and uncertain or high-consequence ones escalated.

    You get Selected actions running through EcoKure, with a way to switch back agreed in advance.

  4. 04
    Validate

    Measure correct decisions, unauthorised actions blocked, legitimate actions wrongly withheld, latency, operational overhead and evidence completeness. Failures and limitations are reported alongside the wins.

    You get A results report covering accuracy, blocks, wrongful holds, latency and evidence completeness, failures included.

  5. 05
    Expand

    If the pilot shows value, assess more workflows, deployment options and commercial terms.

    You get A go / no-go decision on wider use, based on the measured results.

We don't promise a fixed installation period, compatibility with every system, or a move straight to production. Scope and timing are agreed per pilot.
